        <![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;The central themes&nbsp;are:
<br />- The connections between and the contemporary situation of Environment&nbsp;and Human Rights;
<br />- The contribution of Non-Formal Education on Environment and Human&nbsp;Rights and the tools;
<br />- The contribution of Youth Work and the concrete actions taken by the&nbsp;youth organisations;
<br />- The role of the Public and Private Sector and the needed policies for&nbsp;environmental rights.</p>

<p>The course is prepared and run for participants who:
<br />-	Are citizen of a Council of Europe member state &nbsp;or an ASEM&nbsp;member state;
<br />-	Are aged between 18 and 30 years (exceptions are possible if&nbsp;justified);
<br />-	Are fluent in English as a working language;
<br />-	Are active in a youth organisations and/or in environmental&nbsp;organisations, OR
<br />-	Are representatives from universities (involved in environmental&nbsp;issues or in other related fields);
<br />-	Have experience in environmental education, human rights or&nbsp;human rights education;&nbsp;
<br />-	Are interested in developing future Asia-Europe youth&nbsp;cooperation projects in the areas of environmental education, human&nbsp;rights education or education for sustainable development;
<br />-	Are supported by their organisation to take part in the course;
<br />-	Are motivated to take part in the course, to learn and share&nbsp;experiences with other participants and to remain active in this field
<br />after the course;
<br />-	Are available for the full duration of the training and,&nbsp;possibly, for on-line work from October to December.</p>

<p>All participants must be available for the full duration of the course.&nbsp;Accommodation and meals will be covered by the organisers. A travel&nbsp;subsidy will be provided by ASEF and the Council of Europe with a&nbsp;maximum of EUR 750 for participants from Europe and EUR 500 for

        <![CDATA[<p>Maraa in collaboration with Reloading Images, CitySpinning and Sarai, announce the M.A.P project, with support from Asia Europe Foundation (ASEF) and Arts Network Asia (ANA).
<br />M.A.P. &ndash; mobile artistic platform- is a  trans-disciplinary travelling platform that will move across different  locations in South India between 18th October and 15th November, culminating with an open  studio presentation at 1 Shanti Road Gallery in Bangalore. The travelling project is open to 6 participants  from different artistic/creative backgrounds. Deadline for applications is August 20th, 2010.
