Filipino journalists, especially in province are gunned down because of their profession.

One of our best weapons to fight corruption in our country: The Truth. God bless the souls of those modern day heroes who braved the path of seeking for the reality behind the fake smiles and false promises that most politicians present. They are the models of what real journalism is all about. It's not for the money but it's for the sake of letting the people know what they deserve to be informed about. Journalism isn't about bribery and writing for publicity but it is to open the eyes and ears of the people to the truth happening beyond what we cannot really see.
